Approximately 2 hours. This short route takes you between two of Bradford’s best open spaces, travelling over the iconic Big Red Bridge on the way. l Start at City Park, which is a fantastic six-acre park home to the largest man-made water feature in any UK city. l The route travels uphill along traffic free cycle paths and over the busy Manchester Road using the newly- installed, iconic Big Red Bridge which was commissioned by Sustrans, using funding from the BIG lottery. l The route finishes at Bowling Park, which is the perfect place to relax, explore and have a picnic. A large and leafy park, it has great views over the city centre, a free pitch and putt course and designated play area.
