Lumpia This Filipino-style fried spring rolls is a meat-forward eggroll filled with Primal Supply ground pork, fried to perfection, served with sweet garlic soy. Nasi Kerabu Blue rice dyed with butterfly pea flower, mixed with a salad of fresh cabbages and herbs from Green Meadow Farm, toasted coconut and mackerel flakes, topped with sambal lemak and budu (anchovy sauce) Ayam Percik Malaysian-style grilled chicken marinated in coconut milk, grilled till the coconut marinade caramelizes on the chicken and topped with a creamy and spicy coconut gravy. Half chicken per order, chicken supplied by Keiser’s Pheasantry Kalame Nasi A popular Filipino street dessert, made with glutinous rice cooked with first press coconut cream and pandan, topped with a house made coconut caramel, baked on banana leaves. .
