RESOLUTION NO. 4675 RESOLUTION ADDING F.A.S. ROUTE 528 (WEST PHILO ROAD) TO BE KNOWN AS COUNTY HIGHWAY 18 APJD F.A. S. 5 12 (PHILO-HOMER ROAD) AND F. A. S. 5 12 (HOMER-CATLIN ROAD) TO BE KNOWN AS COUNTY HIGHWAY 15 WHEREAS, this resolution is providing for the addition of F.A.S. Route 528 (West Philo Road) fiom the east edge of pavement of U.S. Route 45 easterly 5.15 miIes to the west edge of pavement of Illiiois Route 130; F.A.S. Route 512 (Philo-Homer Road) Corn the east edge of pavement of Illinois Route 130 easterly 10.66 miles to a point west of Josephine Street (approximately 165 feet), being the east limits of the States jurisdiction; and F.A.S. Route 512 (Homer-Catlim Road) from the east edge of pavement of Illinois Route 49 easterly 1.10 miles to the Vermilion County Line, to the County Highway System of the Champaign County, Illinois, and WHEREAS, the County Board of Champaign County and the State of Illinois under date of May 8, 2003, entered into an agreement for transfer of jurisdiction of the above locations, including Structures 0 10-01 19, 0 10-0245, 0 10-024 1, 0 10-0243, 0 10-0078, 0 10- 0238, and 010-0080 to the County Highway System. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the above locations, with the Department of Transportation approval, be added to the highway system of Champaign County and that said F.A.S. Route 528 (West Philo Road) be identified as County Highway 18 and that F.A.S. Route 512 (Philo-Homer Road) and F.A.S. Route 512 (Homer-Catlin Road) be identified as County Highway 15, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit three (3) certified copies of this resolution to the State through its District Engineer's Oftice at Paris, Illinois.
