You have joined a strong community of scholars who foster vibrant scholarship and unique student experiences, providing superior preparation for when our alumni leave this campus and enter the world. Congratulations. And thank you for becoming a member of this college campus. Our faculty are committed to the liberal arts, which means our curriculum fosters interdisciplinary study and integration of knowledge with action. Our dedicated administrators and staff also nurture leadership in activities throughout the community. We host fine visiting lecturers and artists-in-residence who further diversify our ways of thinking. And we all live out the Centenary Plan, which involves every student here in community service, intercultural experiences, and career planning. At Centenary, students become citizens. Our academic, athletic, and arts programs set us apart, for as our students move from classroom to recital hall, from museum to playing field, from garden to mission field, from lab to SUB, they continue to explore, invent, and connect. Our students live the Centenary experience everywhere. So, on behalf of the faculty, staff, current students, and alumni, I welcome you to Centenary. Welcome to a community centered around scholarship and service. Sincerely, Kenneth L.
