Elections are to be held for Parish Councillors for the under mentioned Parishes 2. Nomination papers may be obtained, during normal office hours, from the ELECTIONS TEAM at the address shown below or downloaded from https://www.nelincs.gov.uk/councillors-and-democracy/elections-and- electoral-registration/town-and-parish-council-elections-2-may-2019/ 4. Completed nomination papers must be delivered to the ELECTIONS TEAM at the offices of North East Lincolnshire Council, at the address shown below, on any day after the date of this notice, between 9.30 am and 4 pm, but not later than 4 pm on Wednesday, 3rd April 2019. 5. If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 2nd May 2019 between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm. 6. Electors should take notice that the deadline to register to vote for these elections is by midnight on Friday, 12th April 2019. Any person registering after this date will be unable to vote in these elections. 7. Electors should take note that the deadline for new applications to vote by post or to change existing postal or proxy arrangements (e.g. cancellation or re-direction etc.) must reach the ELECTIONS TEAM at the address shown below by 5 pm on Monday, 15th April 2019 if they are to be effective for this election. 8. New applications to vote by proxy must be received by the ELECTIONS TEAM by 5 pm on Wednesday, 24th April 2019. 9. The deadline for new applications to be received by the ELECTIONS TEAM to vote by proxy on grounds of occupation, service or employment or a medical condition, illness or disability arising after 5 pm on Wednesday, 24th April 2019 is not later than 5 pm on Thursday, 2nd May 2019.
