Aims of Chapter 2 a) To provide comprehensive and clear guidelines for preparing and assessing development applications for subdivision of land in the Kyogle Local Government Area. b) To facilitate the subdivision of land that achieves the applicable zone objectives and is appropriate for its intended use. c) To promote the development of well-designed subdivisions that respond appropriately to their site and surroundings and meet community expectations. In designing subdivisions and preparing development applications reference should also be made to the relevant provisions of the Kyogle LEP 2012, including;
