OVERVIEW SOFT FEEL Now in its 10th generation, the new Srixon Soft Feel golf ball provides even better feel on all shots, improved greenside spin and incredible distance and accuracy from tee to green. Available in Soft White and Tour Yellow. SOFT FEEL LADY The new Srixon Soft Feel Lady golf ball, in its 5th generation, features the same performance benefits as the Soft Feel 10 with a slightly higher launch. Available in Soft White and Passion Pink. KEY INNOVATIONS Softer, Lower Compression Core The Energetic Gradient Growth core in the new Soft Feel is dramatically softer. The result is a 60 compression golf ball that is 12 points softer than the previous generation. This means even softer feel on all full shots without sacrificing the incredible distance and accuracy from tee to green. Softer, Thinner Cover The ionomer cover on the new Soft Feel is 11 percent thinner and 5 percent softer than the previous model, with the softest feel rating tested in the low-compression category*. The new cover provides more greenside spin and softer feel on all pitches, chips and putts. New Aerodynamic Speed DimpleTM Design The new Soft Feel cover features the 324 Speed Dimple pattern, which combines greater uniformity of dimple design with better surface coverage. This pattern lowers drag to produce a more penetrating flight and maximize distance on full shots. *Claim validated through testing by Dunlop Sports Co. Ltd. Test conducted with Srixon Soft Feel on cover durometer against select leading 2-piece golf balls with 60 compression or lower: Titleist DT Solo, Titleist DT TruSoft, Callaway Super Soft, Bridgestone Extra Soft and Wilson Staff Duo. The primary objective in developing the new Soft Feel 10 golf ball was to make it feel softer while maintaining best-in-class total performance. The new 60 compression Soft Feel is 12 points softer than the previous generation. This lower compression helps provide softer feel on all full shots. Also enhancing feel is the new thinner, softer ionomer cover, which has a cover hardness (durometer rating) that is 3 points softer than the previous generation. The construction of the new Soft Feel provides unique benefits: • The thinner cover allows for the creation of a larger core, which maintains high ball speed despite the lower compression. This means incredible distance with even softer feel from tee to green. • The softer the cover, the better the greenside spin. The new Soft Feel has a thinner, softer ionomer cover for increased spin around the green. Some competitors offer significantly lower compression 2-piece balls, and although they feature a similar soft feel, our test data confirms they do not offer the same level of total performance from tee to green. The advantage of the Soft Feel 10 is it feels softer while also providing the optimal blend of distance, accuracy and spin to a wide range of golfers. 4 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 2. How does the Soft Feel 10 provide more driver distance than other leading models? The larger, softer Energetic Gradient Growth core produces consistently high ball speed at a high launch angle with low spin. The 324 Speed Dimple pattern is designed to lower drag and provide a more penetrating flight. Together, these technologies enable the Soft Feel 10 to generate incredible distance off the tee. 3. How does the Soft Feel 10 provide more spin? The new Soft Feel does not spin more off the tee than the previous generation, but it does spin more around the green. That’s because the ionomer cover is softer. A softer cover is more flexible, and a more flexible cover grabs more of the clubface at impact on pitch and chip shots to create more friction and deliver more spin. 4. So why should I buy the new Srixon Soft Feel? The new Srixon Soft Feel 10 is the ultimate combination of softer feel and total performance in a low-compression, 2-piece golf ball. We challenge you to find a competing model that offers a better combination of soft feel and total performance from tee to green. Available in two different color options for men and women, including the new Soft White.
