Additional Post Adoption Visits/Reports Children’s Home Post‐Placement/ Supplemental visits/reports ($350 per visit/report) required to meet state Post‐Adoption Reports and/or country requirement. China currently requires 4 visits/reports. MINNESOTA & WISCONSIN $350 1 additional visit/report required to meet China requirements. MARYLAND * $700 2 additional visits/reports to meet China and MD requirements.
