Many of the tapes of conversations recorded by this author have been lodged with pennission with the oral history archive of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal Studies, without access restriction. Where interviewees have directed that tapes not be lodged in a public collection, the tapes were either retained by the author for reference, or returned to the interviewees, depending on the directions of the interviewee.
