I was also able to lead WGPR to an increase in CUME, AQH and TSL, making WGPR a consistent top 2 performer with persons 18-34. While in Raleigh, WQOK and WFXC were consistently among the top 5 rated stations with persons 12+ and both were among the top-performing stations in target demo within the Radio One chain. As Director of Urban Programming in New Orleans: WQUE ranked #1 and WYLD ranked #2 persons 12+, WQUE ranked #1 and WYLD was #2 with persons 18-34 and WYLD was ranked #1 and WQUE ranked #2 with adults 25-54. I was able to lead WWPR to a tremendous increase in CUME, AQH and TSL and removed our competitor from the top position with persons 18-34; making WWPR the top station in the Hip-Hop format in New York. In the Memphis I led WHRK, KJMS, WHAL and WDIA-AM to a #1, #2, #3 and #4 ranking persons 12+ finishing with the top 4 stations in the market. I created, developed and successfully launched the Hallelujah-FM gospel format which debuted #1 in Memphis, #2 in Jackson, MS, #1 in Montgomery, AL, #2 in Biloxi, MS and top five with adults 25-54 in Birmingham, AL.
