The program has two concentrations: Prof. Nina Belyaeva Area of education: 030200.68 - Political Science Political Analysis and Public Policy Head of the program, Human Rights and Democratic Governance Chair of Public Policy Duration of studying: 2 years Department The program was developed on the basis of American model of « teaching Public Policy Analysis, namely of Georgetown Public Higher School Degree: Master in Public Policy Policy Institute, Johns Hopkins University, School of International of Economics and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and Bologna University. Admission criteria ■ Portfolio (the candidates have to submit the documents specified by the university's Admission Rules, plus a motivation letter, an essay, diplomas and certificates, if any, etc.) ■ English language exam (multiple choice + oral comprehension test). Political Analysis and Public Policy is a new research sphere that is being developed at Higher We enroll both state-funded students (from Russia, the CIS, Baltic states and Georgia) and self-funded students.
