Narrative Statement Fred Eychaner is the sole shareholder of Newsweb Radio Company which in turn owns 100% of the interests in the following companies that are all FCC licensees (the "Licensee Companies"), as follows: o Chicago Newsweb Corporation, licensee of WAIT(AM), Crystal Lake, IL (FCC ID 53504); o WSBC, Inc., licensee of WSBC(AM), Chicago, IL (FCC ID 16847); o WYPA, Inc., licensee of WCPT(AM), Willow Springs, IL (FCC ID 16849); o WNDZ, Inc., licensee of WNDZ(AM), Portage, IN (FCC ID 73316); o WCLR, Inc., licensee of WCPQ(FM), Park Forest, IL (FCC ID 23476); o WDEK, Inc., licensee of WCPT-FM, DeKalb, IL (FCC ID 15974); o WKIE, Inc., licensee of WCPY(FM), Arlington Heights, IL (FCC ID 15520); Additionally, Mr. Eychaner is the sole shareholder of Channel 20 TV Company. Channel 20 TV Company votes 87.8%, and holds 98.8% of the equity of Channel 3 TV Company, LLC ("Channel 3"), licensee of KCDO-TV, Sterling, CO (FCC ID 63158) and KSBS- CD, Denver, CO (FCC ID 168750). Additionally, Charles F. Gross votes 6.0%, and holds 0.6% of the equity and Greg Armstrong, votes 6.3% and holds 0.6% of the equity of Channel 3. As of October 1, 2017, all of the Licensee Companies, Channel 20 TV Company, and Newsweb Radio Company share the same officers and directors, who are: Fred Eychaner, Director Charles F. Gross, President and Treasurer Joan Barry, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Secretary Greg Armstrong is President of Channel 3. There are no other officers or directors.
