Government will ensure all round development for the state : Raghubar Das By : INVC Team Published On : 12 Jan, 2016 05:00 PM IST INVC NEWS Ranchi, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that Maluti is being developed as a tourist place with an expenditure of Rs. 14 cr. The queue complex in Devghar will be complete before the Sravani Mela & the govt. will focus on developing Sahabganj. The Govt. is committed to render transparent & accountable administration & prepare budget for the people according to their needs. He said that health insurance for the journalists will be implemented in the next financial year. He said it while addressing people on a pre- budget seminar in Dumka. He greeted the people also on this occasion. The CM said that Sahabganj will be developed into a Smart City. He said that the Prime Minister may lay foundation stone of the much awaited Ganga bridge in February. The Schedule Tribe Battalion will provide the ST youths an opportunity to get employed & serve the nation. Repeating his commitment to bring the state in the fore front in terms of development in 5 years, the CM said that the state will be safe & secure. The state will present Agriculture budget separately in 2016 as farm & farmers are priorities. He said that the govt. will provide water for irrigation. He said that the govt. will ensure composite & comprehensive development throughout the state. He summoned all the DCs & officers to ensure their participation in making the budget for the state. He said that Rs. 70-80 lac has been proposed for every gram panchayat & the funds will be expensed according to necessity with the permission of the executive. He said that ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ is his commitment. The CM said that Godrej desk-benches will be ascertained in all schools of Jharkhand. Separate toilets for boys & girls will be made in the schools. In the next 2 years, schools will be facilitated with labs. Moreover, model colleges will be opened in Deoghar, Santhal Pargana, Pakur, Dumka & Godda. The Govt. has ordered to identify land & send proposal to the govt. In the seminar, RDD Principal Secretary Mr. N.N. Sinha, Environment Department Principal Secretary Mr. Sukhdeo Singh, Energy Department Principal Secretary Mr. S. K. G. Rahate discussed the priorities of their department in the seminar. Apart from it, some serious suggestions came from people from various fields of life. Welfare Minister Dr. Louis Marandi, Labour Minister Mr. Raj Paliwar, MLA Mr. Tala Marandi, Principal Secretary, Finance Mr. Amit Khare, Principal Secretary to the CM Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Principal Secretary, RDD Mr. N.N. Sinha, Water Resource Principal Secretary Mr. Sukhdeo Singh, Principal Secretary, Energy Mr. S.K.G. Rahate, Welfare Secretary Mr. Rajiv Arun Ekka, Drinking Water & Sanitation Secretary Mr. Amarendra Pratap Singh, Education Secretary Mrs. Aradhana Patnayak, Agriculture Secretary Mrs. Nitin Madan Kulkarni, Santhal Pargana Commissioner N.K. Mishra, DIG Devbihari Sharma & DCs of Dumka, Deoghar, Jamtara, Pakur, Godda & Sahebganj were present in the seminar.
