Fought over by 4 nations, Castine’s every block offers a narrative of the struggle for dominance in a new and uncharted world. Once through Castine our ride follows the backroads of the Blue Hill Peninsula. One of my favorite rides in all of Maine, today’s ride rolls through farmland, coastal villages, and along pristine coastline.
