None made. 2020/107 Meeting adjourned for members of the public to address the council on matters related to this agenda. None in attendance 2020/108 Council approved the minutes from the meeting held 19th November 2020 (circulated separately). 2020/109 Applications for Consideration: The council reviewed the following applications and resolved to submit comments to DDC Planning as follows: Application No: DA/2020/0934 Description: Two storey front, side and rear extensions and construction of front boundary wall and entrance gates. Location: Dormy Three, Harlestone Road, Chapel Brampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 8AW Council resolved to stipulate that consideration must be given to maintain the integrity of the tree roots. Application No: DA/2020/0923 Description: Siting of temporary farm workers log cabin. Location: Willow Tree Farm, Merry Tom Lane, Chapel Brampton (Brixworth Parish), Northamptonshire, NN6 8AQ Council resolved to object to this application. Grounds for the objection are that the agricultural justification supplied with the application which supported the need for additional accommodation for an agricultural employee was not met. The council decided that the nature of the proposed accommodation was excessive for a farm workers lodge and that the temporary consent was not time limited. The council noted that there has been no agricultural activity in recent years in this area.
