NOSC On September 10, a change of command ceremony will be held at our adopted unit, Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) Miami. At that time, CDR Ten- isha Finley will transfer command of the unit to CDR Raul Rojas. Also new to the unit is Executive Officer LCDR Zachary Berglan.
