Last October, the WTA Finals Global were held in Singapore for the fifth and final time, with Elina Svitolina defeating Sloane Stephens to lift the Billie Jean King Trophy. The team of Timea Babos and Kristina Mladenovic took home the Martina Navratilova WTA Finals Doubles Trophy. This year’s event is the first of a 10-year residency in the tournament’s new home, Shenzhen, and takes place October 29 – November 3, 2019.
