INTERIOR FEATURES OF NOTE (DESCRIBE FLOOR PLANS, IF NOT SKETCHED) Lower level retains evidence of early twentieth-century concrete troughs and stalls. MAJOR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS WITH DATES Bridge to upper level has been removed; original lower level partitioning was removed; interior framing was replaced during the twentieth century. EXTERIOR FEATURES OF NOTE Main block features brick dripcourse (for pent roof) between first and second floors on all elevations; brick dripcourse is also located at cornice level on gable-end walls of main block. INTERIOR FEATURES OF NOTE (DESCRIBE FLOOR PLANS, IF NOT SKETCHED) Original fielded-panel fireplace wall, southeast wall. southeast room. second floor. main block. Eighteenth-century repairs to common rafters of main block. Also significant is the hyphen between the main block and kitchen which features a staircase. MAJOR ALTERATIONS AND ADDITIONS WITH DATES Service wing and hyphen added ca. 1830. Frame addition to service wing possibly dates to the twentieth century. Some interior alter- ations on the first floor, main block date to the late twentieth century. PRESENT CONDITION AND USE Presently in goed condition; the house is used as office space.
