Only two of the 17 members of the Cabinet abstained on the vote, and the rest VQted.for in principle approval of the draft, the prime minister said. Once agreement is reached with Egypt in Washington, Begin said, "the final draft of the peace treaty and all its annexes will be brought back for the approval of the Cabinet and Parliament."
