The following school districts will bus students to Solebury School: o Central Bucks School District o Council Rock School District (New students requesting transportation will be required to show District four proofs of residency) o New Hope-Solebury School District o Palisades School District o Pennridge School District Note: Once we have a signed contract, we will communicate with the school district that your son/daughter will attend Solebury. Option 2: Car Pooling Car-pooling: While parents are responsible for arranging carpools, we will be happy to give you a list of parents in your area to assist you. (Please call the school for more information.) Option 3: PA/NJ Private Van Transportation Yes, we are interested. Van transportation may be an option for families in a few areas outside the public school districts that bus to Solebury School. Vans currently serve the Yardley / Newtown area in Pennsylvania and the Skillman, Lawrenceville, Pennington, Princeton, Flemington, West Windsor, and areas in New Jersey. Checking this box lets us know you are interested, but doesn’t commit you to anything. We will review the locations of those who are interested and, if there is sufficient interest, develop routes to accommodate them. Stops may be at designated pick-up and drop off points or door to door, depending on a variety of factors. Evening vans will depart Solebury at 5:30 p.m., following afternoon activities. The cost for van transportation for the current school year will be: round trip for one student, $4,500; one way for one student, $3,600; round trip for two students from same family, $7,500. Payment must be received by Solebury prior to August 1. Prices for next year will be determined in January.
