A winner of Placido Domingo’s prestigious Operalia vocal competition and of ‘Dein ist mein ganzes herz’ from Lehár’s Das Land des Lächelns the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions, both in 2012, American ‘Pourquoi me réveiller’ from Massenet’s Werther soprano, Janai Brugger’s appearances include Liu at the Metropolitan Opera in ! the Zefferelli production of Turandot; she travelled to Prague to appear in Brian Michael Moore is a 22-year-old tenor from Cincinnati, Ohio. A native of Chicago, the artist obtained a Master’s degree Herring and a soloist in their Opera’s Greatest Hits concert. Brian has been a part of from the University of Michigan, where she studied with the late Shirley many prestigious ensembles including the chorus in performances at the NY Verrett. Brian was a finalist of the 2014 Brandon Cedel Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions Eastern Region and 1st Place ! winner of the 2014 Classical Singer Competition. !TBD Bass-Baritone Brandon Cedel has performed with the Opera Company of Philadelphia, Opera Santa Barbara, Music Academy of the West, Opera Accompanied on the piano by Doug Martin. Orchestra of New York, and the Chautauqua Institution. His repertoire includes Figaro in Mozart’s Le Nozze Di Figaro, Mephistopheles in Gounod’s Faust, the Forester in Janacek’s The Cunning Little Vixen, Antony in Barber’s Antony And Cleopatra, and Colline in Upcoming Events Puccini’s La Bohème. Brandon was the 2012 winner at the George London • District Auditions: November 18th & 19th at Merkin Hall Awards and Recipient of the Sarah Tucker Grant at the Richard Tucker • Region Finals: January 14th, 2015 at Merkin Hall Foundation. He was also the First Place Winner at the Giulio Gari Foundation • Grand Finals: March 22, 2015 Competition, Palm Beach Opera Competition, S. Livingston Mather Competition, and Sue Goetz Ross Memorial Competition. He was the 2011 • Gala: March 2015 Grand Prize Winner at the Gerda Lissner Vocal Competition.
