SBH continued to yearn for support, especially in the area of the proposed expansion development. Rewarding in the sense of continual provision of Christ- like love to babies and children deprived of parental love. We con- tinue to try and re-integrate them into the community, through re-uniting them with their families, fostering or adoption. It is Tchallenging mainly due to the Home’s very high Aid Dependency which is not ideal, as it cannot be sustained forever. The Home relies almost entirely on friends, volunteer support and people’s generosity from within the coun- try and individuals outside the country. There is no organization or institu- tion that funds the Home on a regular basis. The person-to-person sourcing of financial support policy that we are currently using has worked in the past to sustain the Home, especially in terms of recurrent expenditure. However, the growing numbers of these underprivileged ones is demanding a more sustainable and consistent financial support system. We met our forever daughter Jovia in Sanyu, we dreamed of this day for a long time. I remember meeting her and having to return to Ireland for proceedings to commence and this was a very Indifficult time for both Jovia and Tony and myself. After 3 weeks I Dr Stephen Kituuka felt my place was in Sanyu with my daughter, awaiting our court (Board Chairman) date and putting all the paperwork in place.
