The Governing Council of DUDA approved all the estimates which have been sanctioned by DM{SE) to execute the works by the executing agencies. 2. Accounts have been opened for MLALAD Scheme and 6 projects were approved and 50% fund has been sanctioned. Account opened for DUDA. The total proposed works for DUDA are 80 out of them 15 were approved. 4. I&FC(lrrigation and Flood Control Department) was asked to submit estimates for boundary wall and it also submitted estimates for providing & fixing signage boards in streets of Abul Fazal Enclave part -1 A to D Block I Part-l Eto N Block I Part-2 A to E B Icok I Part-2 E to H Block of Okhla area 5. DUSIB was also asked to submit estimates for toilet block of Priyanka camp, Taimoor Nagar, Jamia Nagar and a toilet blok in Madanpur Khadar is already under construction. 6. PWD submitted requisition to execute MLA fund/Mohalla Sabha works though PWD Division B-122 for road divider on Shibli road, Abul fazal enclave for mohalla sabha No. 22, 23,24 for a total estimate of Rs. 49,65,000/-. The estimates have been sanctioned by DM(SEt and the Governing Council of DUDA also approved the proposal in the meeting. 7.
