Diagnostic Notes **Adult** Length 3.0-4.25 mm, width 2.85-3.90 mm. Form rounded, convex. Colour entirely green or blue except head and anterior corners of pronotum orange or yellowish in males, monochromatic in females. Mouthparts, mesepimeron, and abdomen yellow. Clypeus distinctly emarginate medially and not bordered. Pronotum with interspaces between punctures. Postcoxal line parallel to the hind margin of the first ventrite. **Larvae** Length 3-5mm. Body nearly cylindrical, broadly fusiform. Dorsal and lateral surfaces armed with setose senti.
