Coach Brandon has previously served as the Defensive Coordinator for Football University’s TEAM DFW & TEAM DALLAS. He presently holds positions as a Nike Regional “Opening” D-Line Coach, NFL Defensive line Combine prep coach as EXOS (Frisco) & APEC (Ft. Worth). Coach Brandon is also the Assistant Head Coach & Defensive Coordinator at Episcopal School of Dallas. His high school training group has received over 500 scholarship offers over the last 8 years. This year Trench Warfare has added Coach Jonathan Scott, of Train Like a Pro, to the staff. Coach Scott brings with him 8 years of NFL experience having played for the Steelers, Bears, Falcons, Bills, & Lions. Coach Scott attended the University of Texas where he anchored the O-Line for the ’05 BCS National Championship team. I/we further certify that the trainee is physically capable of participating in the training and all related activities. I/we hereby give permission for the staff of TRENCH WARFARE TRAINING to seek appropriate medical treatment for the trainee during the period of the training and for the trainee to receive medical attention in the event of an accident, injury, disease, or illness. I/we will be responsible for all costs of medical attention provided. As a condition to the trainee’s participation in the training, I/we, for ourselves individually and on behalf of the trainee, our heirs, executors, and administrators, hereby waive, release and forever discharge TRENCH WARFARE TRAINING, its governing board, directors, officers, agents, consultants, independent contractors, and volunteers, (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, personal injury, disease, illness, or property damage that may be sustained or occur during participation in (including periods of rest or other activities related to) or otherwise be associated with the training and/or any duties or the breach of any duties that the Released Parties have or are alleged to have to the trainee or the undersigned in connection with the participation, and medical decisions relating to the training, whether or not such damages, injury or loss is due to the negligence, strict liability or other legal fault of one or more of the Released Parties.
