Dress code guidelines can be found in the student/parent handbook under the section Student Guidelines & Information. Detention will be given to any student not following these guidelines. Upper School Students: College Night on Sunday, September 29 from 6 - 7:15 p.m. in the lower and middle/upper libraries. This college fair is a great opportunity for you to meet representatives from a variety of colleges, ask questions, and get more information about college options. Colleges that will be there include: Campbell University, UNC-Charlotte, Wake Forest University, United States Naval Academy, East Carolina University, University of Alabama, and UNC-Wilmington. Please contact the college counseling office if you have any questions. Sophomores & Juniors: The PSAT registration payment is due today, September 17. Your check or money order, along with your registration form, should be given to Mrs. Darden in the library. Juniors and Seniors are reminded to sign up for the College Bus Tour as soon as possible. We will be visiting Guilford College, UNC-Greensboro, and Elon University on Thursday, October 3. Bring the permission form and registration fee to the college counseling office. Bring your lunch and be prompt. The new FA Ping-Pong club will be having a bake sale TODAY in the science wing during break! Help us raise money for school ping-pong tables! BRAVE will hold their first meeting in Ms. Rains' office at lunch TODAY. On Tuesdays, students in grades 9-12 are invited for board/card games during lunch in Dr. Limberg's room (32). TSM will meet in Mrs. Wermel’s room (47) on Wednesday during lunch Mock Trial will meet in Mrs. Wermel’s room (47) on Thursday during lunch. Key Club is collecting school supplies for the Boys and Girls Home at Lake Waccamaw, a shelter for children recovering from abuse or a family crisis. Please bring any donations of pens and pencils, paper, folders, notebooks, backpacks etc. to Dr. Limberg's room by October 4th.
