Between the 4th and 13th centuries a unique culture which owed its spiritual origins to Indian Hinduism developed on the coast of contemporary Viet Nam. This is graphically illustrated by the remains of a series of impressive tower-temples located in a dramatic site that was the religious and political capital of the Champa Kingdom for most of its existence. Located in the heart of a beautiful valley and surrounded by high mountains ranges My Son was named a Cultural Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999. HUE Located on the bank of Song Huong (roughly translated: Perfume River); Hue, the centre city of Thue Thien Hue province in Central Viet Nam, is 700 km southern Ha Noi, 1100 km northern Ho Chi Minh City and only a few miles from the sea/ Not until 1945 was Hue the national capital, the political, cultural and religious center of Viet Nam under the control of Nguyen Dynasty. Transfer to visit Ngu Hanh Son (Marble Mountain) where we will discover the stunning natural caves of the mountain and enjoy the beautiful view from the peak. Marble Mountain is a complex consisting of Kim (Iron Mountain), Mộc (Wood Mountain), Thủy (Water Mountain), Hỏa (Fire Mountain), Thổ (Earth Mountain) symbolizing for 5 main elements of nature in Asia Culture. At the Water Mountain, you will get to discover the mysterious beauty of caves combining the sacred atmosphere of Buddhism. Visit Tam Thai Pagoda & Linh Ung Pagoda. You will then get to see masterpieces of exquisite stone sculptures created by the skilful hands of artisans in Non Nuoc stone-carving village at the foot of the mountain. Continue to visit Japanese Bridge - This beautiful little bridge is emblematic of Hoi An. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will join Red Bridge Cooking Class to discover the secret of Hoi An’s famous cuisine. Enjoy a boat trip and an exciting time in the market choosing the fresh ingredients, then you will learn how to make some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s most famous dishes. After the lesson, there’s plenty of time to enjoy what you have cooked for dinner. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism. My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. This site is a Must-See for those people who are interested in architecture and ancient civilizations and is now one of five UNESCO World Heritage sites in Vietnam. Enjoy Cham dance performance then drive back to Hoi An for lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure for swimming or tailoring. Dinner and Overnight in Hoi An. DAY 3: HOI AN – DA NANG – DEPARTURE (B) After breakfast, transfer to airport for departure flight, with a stop at Non Nuoc stone-carving village if time allows.
