Any technical variations in the final plans for these sites will be addressed in the review of the EMPs scheduled to take place in conjunction with he launch workshop. T e Terms of Reference for the preparation of Environmental Assessments for the p oposed Urban Infrastructure Pro; ct components classify them into the Category A. C nsequently, the EA report addres es potential environmental impacts of these projects, for b th positive and negative; examinel; alternative options; and identifies the possibilities mitigating the potentially significant i pacts of these projects. Special focus is placed upon t e preventative measures. The EA examines potential impacts on the natural e ivironment and its components ( r, water and soil), human health and safety aspects, s cial impacts (involuntary resettle ent, impact on indigenous populations and cultural h ritage); and assesses the likely e ironmental impacts in the transboundary context. F r all proposed project componen ;, the two-stage consultation process has taken place with various local stakeholders, inc ding local community groups and non-governmental o ganizations (NGOs), in order to nsure that their views and opinions are taken into a scount. Continuous feedback me anisms have been established and used by the EA Consultant during the term of this signment in order to obtain additional information on s )cial/public concern on various issues.
