The Department has carefully reviewed the document and is satisfied that it has been updated following the approval of Modification 2 and is satisfied that it is prepared in accordance with the condition. Accordingly, the Planning Secretary has approved the Biodiversity Management Plan (Revision 6, dated 12 June 2020).
