Answer: Our app works on the majority of Android devices that are running 4.1x & up, along with IOS devices that are running IOS 7.1.2 & up. We always recommend updating the OS on the device to the latest version, for the best possible experience. Question: What makes a device not be supported by hoopla? Answer: Because of the rapid-moving nature of technology, we must be able to provide the best experience for users as new devices are released.
