It is with sadness that I report the passing of two individuals who had a long association with HNSA. Captain David W. Tungett, USN (Ret) died on December 29, 2012. Captain Tungett preceded Captain Pietras as the Program Manager for Inactive Ships, PMS-333, Naval Sea Systems Command.
