In this session, participants will be lead through the explanation game thinking routine and learn how to apply it in their professional practice. The presenter will use Library of Congress materials related to Mississippi history as an example of how to use the explanation game. The session will end with a discussion of how teachers can use the thinking routine in their gifted classroom.
