After discovering their parents were actually the super villain team known as the Pride, the kids ran. The Runaways learned to use powers and resources inherited from their parents and returned to defeat them. The experience made them a family, but that wasn’t enough to keep them safe. The Runaways went back to school! Well, Gert, Victor and Gib went to high school and Molly went back to her middle school. Nico’s still got a crappy job when she’s not trying to hold their found family together or trying not to cast magic spells thereby ceding pieces of her soul to the One. Doombot is also trying to hold them together in a very Doombot way. Karolina is still healing from their time with Doc Justice, and Chase is… Huh. We’re not really sure what Chase has been up to. We just know that he’s been spending some evenings away from the Hostel and coming home very happy. This morning someone else came strolling into the Hostel, but they weren’t happy. They were Wolverine. He and Pixie got a distress call from Molly and came to bring her back to the mutant home of Krakoa.
