In exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by section 52 of the Elementary Education Laws, 1933 to (No. 2) 1937, His Excellency the Acting Governor, on the report of the Director of Education, is pleased to order and hereby orders that the Village Commissions for the Orthodox- Christian Schools in the villages mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereto shall in their respective villages provide, erect, repair, extend, improve or develop any school buildings, premises, playgrounds, yards, gardens or teachers' dwellings, as the case may be, particulars whereof are given in the second column of the said Schedule.
