In terms of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement & Amalgamation between Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited and Indian Charge Chrome Limited & their respective shareholders and creditors sanctioned by the Hon’ble High Court of Orissa at Cuttack vide their Order dated 13th October, 2006, Indian Charge Chrome Limited has merged with Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited with effect from 1st April, 2005 being the appointed date under the Scheme.
