BURNS BUILDING 237 8TH AVENUE SE Building History: Built in 1912, the Burns Building was the corporate headquarters for Pat Burns’ empire, Burns Foods. The Burns Building underwent extensive renovations between 1981 and 1984 and was designated a Provincial Heritage Resource in 1987. Allied Properties REIT purchased the building in 2012 and have since restored and upgraded the building.
