The Commission has already enquired the case on 29/01/2008 and orders were issued on 12/03/2008 by the Commission. The Tahsildar has given information to the petitioner on 28/03/2008 in four parts. Against the 2 information furnished by the Tahsildar, the petitioner has stated that in certain cases the information already furnished is not true. But, he has not specified what are the questions for which the information furnished by the Tahsildar are not correct. The petitioner did not specifically state as to which part of the information already furnished to him are not correct. He has to specify the details to enable this Commission to take follow-up action. 3. The petitioner is directed to furnish the correct details to enable this Commission to proceed further.
