Letter Report on the Roscoe Vanadium Property, Lac à L'argent, Quebec, Canada NTS sheets 22K12 Presented to 1129961 B.C. LTD. August 24th, 2017 Item 1: Introduction This letter report provides a summary of the easily accessible information concerning the Roscoe Vanadium Property. This report is based on available public documents found on the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. No exhaustive review of the historical data was made. A review of rock assays, rock descriptions, sediment assays, drill holes logs, magnetic surveys and base metal showings was done to complete this report. Item 2: Property Description and Location The Property is in the Côte-Nord area of Quebec Province in the NTS sheet 22K12. It can be accessed by driving for 7 hours from Baie-Comeau. It is located 20km west of the Outarde River, south of the Manicouagan reservoir, and about 250 kilometres (km) north of the Baie-Comeau municipality. Dirt wood logging roads passes of the Property in a North-South and East-West directions. No accommodations (food, lodging, gas) are present in the vicinity. The topography consists in high mountains and low valleys, with an elevation difference of about 260m. The Rivière de L'Argent runs through the property in a NW-SE direction. Figure 1: Location of the Property The Property is made of 40 pending claims, totalling approximately 2,189.19 hectares or 21.89km2. They were staked directly for 1129961 B.C. LTD. Item 3: History Very little historical exploration work was carried on the Property, where exploration for base and precious metal was made. A few geophysical surveys are available, along with some prospecting and mapping survey. Geological mapping conducted in 2012 in the area of the Property revealed the presence of two Fe-Ti±V mineralizations. Airborne magnetic and electromagnetic surveys were done. 3.1 Exploration In 1987, the MRN conducted a bottom lake sediment geochemical survey over the Manicouagan area. The results are reported in the document DP 86-18 (Choiniere, 1987). The MRN conducted ground work over the southern part of the Manicouagan Reservoir in 1975 and 2012-2013. They did a detailed cartography campaign where they identified 2 magmatic Fe-Ti±V showing in the area. They are hosted partly in leuconorite, where oxides are massive, semi-massive or in automorph crystals (MRN, 2012). Among the 11 rocks samples collected on the property, 6 returned vanadium values between 200ppm V to 1180ppm V (MRN, 2012; Moukhsil et al., 2013). 3.2 Geophysic In 2012, an aeromagnetic survey was conducted south of the Manicouagan Reservoir. Residual component (TMI) and the first vertical derivative (FVD) were obtained from processed data (D'Amours et al., 2012). Figure 2: Geophysics on the Property (TMI) Item 4: Adjacent Showings Two vanadium anomalies are presents on the property: Fercel Showing and Ferwel Showing. The Fercel Showing is hosted in a bedded and foliated magnetite-rich leuconorite, from the Argent Anorthosite Suite. Mineralisation consists in magnetite, ilmenite, apatite and sulfides. Magnetite is presents in semi-massive veinlets and/or large subautomorph crystals. Chosen grab sample returned 7.47% P2O5, 20% Fe, 8.78% TiO2 and 1180ppm V. The Ferwel Showing is hosted in a porphyroclastc magnetite-garnet norite from the Argent Anorthosite Suite. Mineralisation consists in vanadium-rich magnetite, ilmenite, apatite and disseminated sulfides (pyrite, pyrrhotite and chalcopyrite). Chosen grab sample returned 31.1% Fe, 15% TiO2, 7.56% P2O5 and 2330ppm V. Figure 3: Adjacent showings near the property Item 5: Deposit Types Large ilmenite and titaniferous magnetite deposits are hosted in massive and layered intrusive complexes, dominantly ilmenite in Proterozoic anorthosite; and titaniferous magnetite in gabbro and leucogabbro. Deposits of both type include irregular discordant masses in layered or massive intrusions, and concordant oxide-rich layers produced during fractional crystallisation. The principal ore minerals are oxides of iron and titanium, with accessory vanadium and phosphorus minerals (Gross, 1996). Ilmenite deposits of the first type are typically massive discordant intrusive bodies in anorthositic host rocks, but some also occur as conformable layers within late stage gabbroic, troctolitic, and dioritic intrusions in anorthosite. Massive discordant intrusions of Fe-Ti oxide range in shape from sinuous dyke-like forms to irregular equidimensional masses (Gross, 1996). Layered stratiform deposit of the second type are hosted in gabbro and leucogabbro and usually contain layers of disseminated titaniferous magnetite which alternate with layers of feldspar and mafic silicate minerals. Individual layers range in thickness from centimeter to meter. Lateral continuity of oxide-rich layers in lagre intrusions may be in the order of several thousand meters (Gross, 1996). Item 6: Interpretation and Conclusion The property has been sparsely explored for base and precious metal, where two showings and some mineralization have been found in mafic rocks. Assay results returned anomalous values of Fe-Ti-V-P2O5. No resources have been evaluated. A strong magnetic anomaly exists on the area and could be related to the anorthosite suite. Even though very little historic work was conducted on the property, two decimetric mineralized horizons were found, 5 km appart. A connection between those two horizons is plausible while the presence of other horizons that are more sizable is also possible since one layer is already present. The presence of these two showings and their associated vanadium content in titanium oxide mineralisation on the Property indicate a good potential of discovery for iron-titanium oxide mineralization and its associated vanadium. The accessibility along secondary logging dirt roads and the vanadium potential of the area warrant an extensive sampling and cartographic survey that will aim at discovering vanadium mineralization near the Manicouagan Reservoir.
