This will create a neutral, dark gray or brown color. ___________________________ A basic rule of haircolor is that cool tones neutralize warms tones and vice versa, warm tones neutralize cool tones. For example, blue neutralizes orange tones. ___________________________ This occurs by combining a primary blue and opposing secondary orange, which is composed of two Primaries (Red + Yellow).
