We will deliver a Links experience to remember • Build a thriving, viable members’ club • Provide a high-quality Links course to members and International golfers • Position the club at the forefront of the lucrative US Golf Tourist market • Transform the club into a gem amongst Ireland’s established Trophy Links • Dramatically improve the quality of the golf course and clubhouse • Elevate the entire member experience • Drive significantly higher levels of customer service • Create opportunity locally for junior golf and caddy programmes • Explore an expanded leisure offering • Host prestigious golf tournaments • Develop an overseas membership category to help create an international connection, recognition and brand • Protect local employment and provide opportunities for local talent • Enhance value and experience for members, residents and locals Bringing long-term stability and investment to Seapoint • An end to the uncertainty and divisions of the past 14 years • Secure the future of the club, debt free with no repayments • No debt, no debt repayments • €1 million capital expenditure invested in the first five years • Provision of sufficient working capital • No financial commitment from members, beyond annual subs • No joining fee to existing members to be part of the new club • Annual subscription increases capped at 5% for three years (subject to inflation/CPI increases) • No significant changes to the timesheet availability to members (subject to new access agreement being agreed) • Significant improvements to service levels, clubhouse facilities and the golf course 6 Carr Golf will invest over €1 million in the course and clubhouse • €1 million invested over first 5 years • €600,000 of which will be invested immediately With this investment, we will • Repair the clubhouse roof • Build a new clubhouse deck • Purchase new machinery • Address ongoing issues with existing machinery and equipment • Redecorate the clubhouse bar, restaurant and lobby • Upgrade the golf course • Construct a shuttered Trackman bay on the range • Landscape around the clubhouse • Develop the Club’s brand to establish a domestic and internationally renowned gem amongst Ireland’s Trophy courses Should a deal proceed, this is how it will work • Existing company and Golf Club will be dissolved • A new operating company will be formed • This operating company will be owned and controlled by Carr Golf • All current staff directly employed by the club will have their employment transferred across to the new operating company • A new Golf Club will be formed under the new Golf Ireland structure • A new Golf Club constitution will be drafted • Golf club members will enjoy use of facilities under an access agreement • Members can transfer over to the new Golf Club at no additional cost • Carr Golf will have the right to approve all members • Any new members joining thereafter will pay a joining fee • Commercial affairs will be the domain of Carr Golf • Sporting and participation affairs will be the domain of the Golf Club .
