There are 15 separate forest orders that apply to the recreation sites in this prospectus offering and they are included in this appendix. Possessing or storing any disposable food or beverage container anywhere on Juniper Run Creek from Juniper Springs Recreation Area to the State Road 19 bridge (36 CFR 261.589cc)) Entering, wading, swimming, floating or using any conveyance other that apporved canoes andywhere on Juniper Run Creek from Juniper Springs Recreation Area to the State Road 19 bridge (36 CFR 261.58(k)) Pusuant to 36 CFR 261.50(e), the following persons are exempt from the above prohibitions: 1. (16 U.S.C. 551 and 18 U.S.C. 3559 and 3571). ) 1 OCALA NATIONAL FORESTS Seminole and Lake George Ranger Districts Ocala, Florida ORDER# 08-05-05/02-13-0207 FOREST ORDER Occupancy and Use Pursuant to Title 3 6 CFR 261.50(a) and (b), the following act is prohibited within the Alexander Springs, Juniper Springs, Salt Springs, Silver Glen Springs, Clearwater Lake, Fore Lake, Lake Dorr, ands Mill Dam Recreation Areas on the Ocala National Forests: No animals, other than service animals, are allowed in the day use areas. Day use areas include the picnic area, swim area, beach and trails that originate in the recreation area. (36 CFR261.58(s)) Service animals means any dog, signal dog, or other animal individually trained to o work or perform tasksfor the benefitof an individual with a disability, including, but not limited to, guiding individuals with impairedvision, alerting individuals with impairedhearing to intruders or sounds, providing minimal protectionor rescue work, pulling a wheelchair,or fetching dropped items. Pursuant to 36 C. F.R. 261.50( e) the following persons are exempt from the above Prohibitions: ) 1. Persons with a permit specifically authorizing the othetwise prohibited act or om1ss1on.
