Trained AARP volunteers will assist in electronic filing of the 1040 t a x f o r m a n d b a s ic schedules. This service will be offered at the Library between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. each Monday and Thursday from February 2 through April 13, 2015. An appointment is required. New Emergency Notification System Starting in February 2015, the City of North Richland Hills will use a new system for delivering messages about severe weather and other emergencies to residents. The new system, which is called Everbridge, replaces the CodeRED system that the city previously used. The Everbridge database already includes land line telephone numbers in North Richland Hills. Residents can also register to receive emergency calls on their mobile phone or to get emer- gency notices via email or text message.
