In Indonesia, the Group has a total plantation land area of 36,117 hectares in Kalimantan T imur of which 6,161 hectares completed planting as at 31/12/2013 and the remaining hectarages are in the plantation development stage. MILLING T he Group has two palm oil processing mills which have a combined production capacity of 135 tonnes of FBB per hour, all of which are located in the state of Sabah. T he palm oil processing mills owned by the Group are Sungai Ruku Mill which is located at Kilometer 87, Sandakan- Lahad Datu Highway, Segaliud Lokan in the district of Kinabatangan, and Berkat Setia Mill at Kilometer 70, Sandakan-Telupid-Kota Kinabalu Highway in the district of Labuk-Sugut. Extraction Rates FISHERY - Better Prospects Sdn Bhd T he Group owns a marine finfish hatchery in Sandakan. T he hatchery is certified under the Malaysian Aquaculture Farm Certification Scheme (SPLAM). Various fish species such as tiger groupers, hybrid groupers, red snappers and Asian seabass fingerlings are cultured and sold to local f armers in Sabah and f or own f arming. T he well-equipped hatchery f acility has the capacity to stock 300,000 tails of fingerlings f or each harvesting interval. T he off-shore marine fish cultivation site is located off Pulau Bai, Sabah. T he f arm is certified under the Malaysia Standard of Good Aquaculture Practice (MyGap) certification issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Malaysia. As a continued effort in producing high-value and quality marine f armed fish, the Company is presently participating in the Aquaculture Residue Monitoring Plan (ARMP), a pre-requisite program f or the Food Quality Certification (FQC) f or European Union (EU) compliance, under the scrutiny of the Department of Fisheries Malaysia.
