Pioneering new formulas, we channel your voice to provide the exclusive compounds you need most with CAS registry numbers included for all our items. 1 Terms and Conditions of Sale PRICE : Goods shall be invoiced per the catalogue prices or at the prevailing rate ruling on the date of the dispatch of materials. TAXES : All prices are exclusive of tax, octroi, and other government levies. These will be charged in addition to the material price wherever applicable at the prevalent rates at the time of dispatch of the material. Customers seeking any exemption must submit the requisite declaration form along with the order. Customers in Maharashtra are required to mention their VAT registration number on their order. INSURANCE : If expressly requested, goods can be insured at the customer's cost of 2% of the premium of the invoice value. DELIVERY : a) Single delivery of order value exceeding Rs.5,000.00 (net) shall be executed on F.O.R. destination (nearest railway station) by cheapest mode of transportation. If, however, the customer requested special delivery, additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. b) Single delivery of order value not exceeding Rs.5,000.00 (net) shall be executed on an ex-factory basis, and all expenses connected with delivery from factory to destination shall be charged extra. c) Most commonly, good will be delivered within 15 days of the confirmation of an order. The company shall not be responsible for any partial supply, non-supply or delay in supply of materials for reasons including break downs, power failure, strike, lock outs, shortage of raw material, government bans or any act of God or natural calamities. d) The company reserves the right to execute the order in full or partial delivery, and the customer is bound to accept such deliveries. TRANSPORTATION : We generally dispatch our chemicals in accordance with the method specified or implied by your order. However we reserve the right to change this method for certain hazardous chemicals which, when required by a regulation or in our judgement, cannot be booked safely by the method specified or implied. AMENDMENT & CANCELLATIONS : No amendment or cancellation of orders will be accepted once the goods have been packed for dispatch. At that stage of initiation, the eect is final and binding on the parties involved. BREAKAGE : All materials are supplied packed in our highest-quality standards packed with the utmost care and forwarded at the customer’s risk. No claim for breakage or damaged caused in transit shall be entertained once the goods have left the company’s premises. PAYMENT : Direct supply shall only be made to actual consumers and at the discretion of the company. Payment is to be made strictly within 15 days by a demand draft payable at Mumbai or by RTGS/NEFT. All other categories of consumers will receive goods only through scheduled banking or upon receipt of advanced payment as may be suitably decided by us or as mutually agreed. The company reserves the right to amend, change, alter or vary the product specification, packing, packing materials, or any other terms of supplies including prices and rate. The decision of the company in these matters is final and binding to the customer. The company reserves its right to add, incorporate (include) new items or delete any product from the range during the validity of this Chemindex, and such additions or removals will automatically become part of this Chemindex.
