Once again, those differences have come into sharp relief in recent weeks, and SALT has been an active participant in the ongoing debate. Last week, the Senate failed pages8-9 to vote for cloture on several problematic Court of Appeals nominees: Henry Saad, David McKeague, and Richard Griffin (Sixth Circuit) and William Myers II (Ninth Circuit).
