You and your teammates have made it to the SportsCare/NJSIAA State Championship. Some of you will go home victors, others to defeat. Regardless of the outcome, you have accomplished and completed a season that you will always cherish. You have worked hard during the off season and you have reaped the rewards during the season. You have made your Coaches, Families, Schools, and Towns proud. Your journey this season will have life long memories. Moments that will be shared and repeated for the years to come. Regardless of the outcome, hold your head up high knowing that you have given it your all. Best of Luck to all of you and remember these days forever. To the Coaches, You have spent an unrecognizable amount of time to prepare your team for this final battle. The preparation in the off season, the preseason, the season, and now the Championship. Few get to reap the rewards of their hard work and dedication. Much of your time and effort goes unnoticed, but for you it’s the internal drive that counts. The Love of the Game. The thrill to teach, to educate, and to build life long bonds between players, coaches, and all those involved. You have created a team that consist of more than just the players, it goes beyond that. It includes the cheerleaders, the managers, the coaches, the families and towns. There is no prouder moment than knowing your troops are ready for battle. You have created a forum for life long memories. Congratulations and good luck. To the Families, You are the backbone of the team. Your support of the players and coaches has unmeasurable value. It may go unnoticed by many, but appreciated by all. You have spent countless hours in support of the team. You suffer any defeat more than the players themselves. Fortunately, there have been few defeats, if any, for you are heading to the SportsCare/NJSIAA State Championship. You will be wearing team colors and jerseys, and cheering them on from the crowd. As with the players themselves, you feel honored and proud. Congratulations. To the Fans, Thank you. You make the game worth playing. You brave the elements to support your team. You show up each week and cheer them on. You may not be on the field but you can influence the play. You are the twelfth man. Your support is appreciated by all.
