Conservator of Forests. There should be clear cut recommendation. 16 This proposal was discussed in REC meeting held on 17th March, 2016 and as per REC direction following information were asked from the State Government on 11.05.2016: i) Formal reply of the observations raised vide letter 21rd March, 2016 by DCF, Gurgaonj Nodal Officer. ii) Environmental Clearance of the project (latest status). iii) NOC from Haryana Pollution Control Board. iv) Ground water report. v) Revenue details of the equivalent non forest land (Sikandarpur Ghosi) proposed for CA. vi) Consent of the Gram Panchayat affected by the establishment of the project. 16 A reminder to this office was issued on 30.05.2016. 17 The reply from the State Government is still awaited.
