Our Chairman’s Message Mr. Abdul Rahman Mousa Al Ma’rouf Chairman Combined Group Contracting Company (CGCC) was established on 15th November, 1965 in Kuwait as a limited liability company with a paid up capital of KD 7,500. With perseverance, diligent work, non-stop development and c improvement, a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the company became a publicly traded shareholding company with a paid up capital of .KD KD16,340,577 (approximately US$ 54,3 Million) as of 31/12/2017 With God’s grace, the total revenues reached almost KD 295,742,882 /- in 2017, and CGC has constantly moved from strength to strength over the past five decades. Our staff are currently over 12,900 employees, among who are some of the finest names .in .the contracting industry in the Arab world Our activities now span the oil sector where we have become main contractors for pipelines for companies like Kuwait Oil Company and the Joint Operations. In the roads and infrastructure sector, we have been executing several large projects including Sheikh Jaber Causeway, the Subbiya Highway in Kuwait, and the Northern Industrial Area in North Doha, Qatar. CGCC in 2007 was able to successfully penetrate the power generation industry and was awarded a contract for the supply, erection, and 5 years operation and maintenance of a 305 Megawatts power plant in Subbiya, Kuwait. That project was .the first type for CGC and was successfully completed in 2009. Supporting our contracting activities, CGCC owns asphalt plants, ready mix concrete batching plants and a wide and diverse fleet ranging from heavy specialized equipment to light vehicles.
