Scott Arnold Teeples, 21, was indicted for three counts of ag- gravated rape against one female victim, according to the indict- ment. He turned himself in to law enforcement Thursday at the Teeples Putnam County Sheriff ’s Offi ce. Teeples is a 2017 graduate of Upperman High School. Offi cials with the Putnam County Sheriff ’s Offi ce investigated the rape, but would not release the report Friday. The alleged rape happened Oct. 2, 2018, according to the indictment.
