We carefully choose the wineries we represent based on not only the quality of their wines, but also their people and passion for winemaking. A unique characteristic of Atamisque is its stony roof, made out of slate that provides perfect insulation. The design of the winery was based on gravity flow to avoid the use of pumps and minimize wine stress. Today Atamisque has a total of 700 hectares, including the winery and vineyards, Rincon Atamisque restaurant, Atamisque trout farm, a par-3 golf course, luxurious mountain lodges and a tourism welcome house. Atamisque is the name of an aboriginal tree that grows naturally in the winery’s surroundings. ATAMISQUE Assemblage ( Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot ) Cabernet Sauvignon - Malbec - Petit Verdot - Chardonnay This is Atamisque’s top line of wines. Exptremely low-yields and up to 90-year- old vines. Hand harvest and double selection at the winery’s sorting tables. The Chardonnay is fermented and aged in oak for 10 months. The reds are fermented in stainelss steel tanks and aged in new oak barrels for 14 months. Atamsique only uses Demtps and Taransaud barrels, crafting superb wines with incredible elegance, complexity and balance. CATALPA Assemblage (Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec) Cabernet Sauvignon - Malbec - Pinot Noir - Chardonnay Estate grown with some of the best grapes from Atamisque’s vineyards. Outstanding character for each varietal, great aromatic complexity and vibrant acidity. About 40% of the wine is aged in second-use French oak barrels for 12 months (10 months for Chardonnay), providing excelent integration and balance between fruit and oak aromas. SERBAL Assemblage (Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot) Malbec - Pinot Noir - Malbec Rose Chardonnay - Viognier - Sauvignon Blanc Atamisque’s line of young and refreshing wines. Serbal whites are fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, resulting in clean and pure expressions of each grape without any interaction with oak. For the reds, only 20% of the wine is aged in oak barrels. Top quality grapes provide for an impresive level of tannic structure and aromatic complexity. A R G E N T I N A Antonio Mas Wines | Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina Antonio Mas is one of the most iconic winemakers of Argentina. His name represents an important part of the country’s modern wine history. Morover, Antonio is a pioneer in the field of Argentine terroir-inspired viticulture and modern winemaking. From 1994 to 2011, Antonio led the winemaking and vineyard management at Finca La Anita, one of the most iconic Argentine boutique wineries. Today he works in partnership with his sons, Manuel (winemaker) and Santiago (Executive Director), handcrafting ultra premium wines under the brand Antonio Mas. Unique Terroir - Antonio Mas vineyards are located at La Arboleda in Tupungato, the Uco Valley. This specific area is considered one of the best wine-growing regions in Argentina. Finca Don Carlos | Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina Finca Don Carlos started making high quality artisanal wines in 2003. Located In Tupungato region of the Uco Valley, at 1,000 meters above sea level, the vineyards enjoy ideal soil and climate conditions for wine growing. Winemaker Gustavo Silvestri and Winegrower Patricia Conte work together in growing some of the finest grapes at the 50 hectares planted in the property and making outstanding and expresive wines that are true to their grape varieties and that reflect the unique characteristics of their terroir. With a total capacity of 116,000 liters, the winery is equipped with temperature- controlled stainless steel tanks and state-of-the-art equipment. C A L AT H U S W i n e s Calathus Gran Reserva Malbec Deep and complex aromas of black berries, plums, dark chocolate and exotic spices, with mild notes of graphite and cement. Aged for 16 months in new and second-use French and American oak barrels. Calathus Gran Corte Blend of 85% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. Supperb balance and complexity. Aromas and flavors of red cherries, black cherries, plumbs and notes of coconut and exotic spices. Aged for 12 months in Second and third-use French and American oak barrels. Calathus Malbec Vibrant aromas of mature red cherries, plums, black berries and mild notes Calathus is a type of vase that was used in of dry tobacco and cacao. Aged for 12 months in Second and third-use French ancient Rome to store and serve wine. and American oak barrels. K I L H I X W i n e s Kilhix Malbec A R G E N T I N A Bright red & violet color. Lively and complex aromas of plums, black currants and mild notes of mocha and spices. Aged for 6 to 8 months in second and third-use 225L oak barrelts, 70% French and 30% American. Kilhix was a wine cup used in ancient Rome. Hinojosa Winery | Tunuyan, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina In 1962 Don Silvestre Hinojosa planted 122 hectares in the Alto Valle de Uco (High Uco Valley). The wine making tradition and spirit of Don Silvestre are still alive with the third generation of Bodegas y Viñedos Hinojosa. Today, Hinojosa shares the same goal of producing excellent wines inspired by the purest and most noble elements of nature. H I N O J O S A The stony and sandy ground of Tunuyán, Mendoza, allows excellent ( ee - n o - h o s a ) drainage of underground water coming from ice melting off the Andes Mountains. At almost 4,000 feet above sea level, at the foothills of the Andes, in one of the best wine regions of Mendoza, Argentina, Hinojosa’s wines are born with a perfect environment for slow grape ripeness and a large temperature amplitude between day and night. Hinojosa H Malbec Made with some of the best grapes of Malbec from Mendoza’s Uco Valley. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months. HINOJOSA Malbec The reserve line of Hinojosa winery. Made with hand picked grapes from Hinojosas top vineyards. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months. DON SILVESTRE This line is named after the founder of the winery. Made from top quality vineyards in the UCO valley without any oak aging. Santa Cruz Winery | Colchagua Valley, Chile History and Location: Viña Santa Cruz was funded in 2004 by the Cardoen family with the goal of producing premium and ultra premium wines in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The winery and vineyards are located in the sub region of Lolol, about 16 miles west of the town of Santa Cruz, Chile, and 30 miles east of the Pacific coast. Climate and Soil: The vineyards are planted on alluvial, rocky and sandy soils around a ridge that absorbs most of the humidity from the ocean winds, creating 50% less humidity and 3° C warmer temperature in the northern side of the property.
